Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record, much like keeping a receipt.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Concertnight Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also be able to help.
